Each Potential Nominee should fill out this form (Save is at the bottom of the form AND “Save and Continue Later” is at the bottom – one might wish to do this second choice first and check to see if the ACAGE Secretary and/or Administrators have obtained your First Cut?).
Internal process – Nomination Form is to go to ACAGE Secretary by 15 Feb of each year.
ACAGE Secretary is responsible for sending all ACAGE potential Nominees to the Membership Committee Chair for review of each Nomination Form.
After review by the Membership Committee, the ACAGE Secretary sends accepted Nominees to the ACAGE Board for their review by 15 April of each year.
After acceptance by the ACAGE Board, the ACAGE Secretary or Administrators add the accepted Nominees to this website for the ACAGE Active Members to vote on.
Votes by the Active Members are collected by the ACAGE Secretary and reported to the Membership Committee and the Board.
Nominees that are elected to the membership are granted users status on the website.
